摘要
以冬性不同的春大白菜和秋大白菜为试材,经过不同时间(0,15,21 d)的春化处理和不同质量浓度的赤霉素(0,100,200,300,400 mg/L,GA3)处理,研究了二者对大白菜开花的诱导效应。结果表明:相同条件下,随GA3处理浓度增加,2个大白菜试材中内源GA含量增加,DNA甲基化水平降低。大白菜的冬性不同,对GA3处理浓度反应也不同,在相同条件下,冬性较弱的大白菜试材开花明显先于冬性较强的大白菜试材,因此对于冬性较弱的大白菜,较低浓度的GA3就可以促使其开花。
Using spring pakchoi and autumn pakchoi of different winter sexes as test materials, treated with vernalization of different time (0,15,21 d) and GA3 of different concentration (0, 100, 200, 300, 400 mg/L), the inductive effect of vernalization and GA3 on flowering of the pakchoi was studied. The results showed that under the same conditions, with the increase of GA, the content of endogenous GA3 in the test materials of the two pakchoi increased; DNA methyl level reduced. Because of the difference in winter sexes of pakchoi, test materials had different reactions to GA3 treatment. Under the same conditions, test materials weaker in winter sex bloomed obviously prior to test materials stronger in winter sex. It follows that treatment with lower concentration GA3 can promote the flowering of test materials weak in winter sex.
