摘要
目的：对草珊瑚的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。方法：采用正相、反相、凝胶柱色谱和高效液相制备方法进行分离纯化，利用波谱数据和理化常数鉴定化合物的结构。结果：从乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了7个化合物，分别为：异嗪皮啶（1），hemidesmin-1（2），（-）-（7S，8R）-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol（3），N—trans—fendoyl tyramine（4），methyl rosmarinate（5），ethyl rosmarinate（6），（＋）-3，3’，5，5’，7-五羟基双氢黄酮（7）。结论：化合物2～4，6，7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective： To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Sarcandra glabra. Method： The compounds were isolated by various chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and the analysis of their spectral data. Result： Seven compounds were isolated and identified as isofraxidin （1）, hemidesmin-1 （2）, （ -）- （7S, 8R） -Dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol （3）, N-trans-feruloyl tyramine （4）, methyl rosmarinate （ 5 ）, ethyl rosmarinate （ 6）, （ ＋ ）-3, 3＇, 5, 5＇, 7-pentahydroflavanone （7）. Conclusion： Compounds 2 -4, 6,7 were isolated from S. glabra for the first time.
