摘要
目的:对草珊瑚的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。方法:采用正相、反相、凝胶柱色谱和高效液相制备方法进行分离纯化,利用波谱数据和理化常数鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为:异嗪皮啶(1),hemidesmin-1(2),(-)-(7S,8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(3),N—trans—fendoyl tyramine(4),methyl rosmarinate(5),ethyl rosmarinate(6),(+)-3,3’,5,5’,7-五羟基双氢黄酮(7)。结论:化合物2~4,6,7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Sarcandra glabra. Method: The compounds were isolated by various chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and the analysis of their spectral data. Result: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as isofraxidin (1), hemidesmin-1 (2), ( -)- (7S, 8R) -Dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol (3), N-trans-feruloyl tyramine (4), methyl rosmarinate ( 5 ), ethyl rosmarinate ( 6), ( + )-3, 3', 5, 5', 7-pentahydroflavanone (7). Conclusion: Compounds 2 -4, 6,7 were isolated from S. glabra for the first time.
