摘要
目的:研究土茯苓总苷中的非黄酮类化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶色谱及半制备液相色谱等分离技术,对土茯苓总苷中的化学成分进行分离纯化。结合理化性质,通过MS、NMR和CD等波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从土茯苓总苷中分离得到28个化合物,分别鉴定为:薯蓣皂苷元(1)、β-谷甾酮(2)、豆甾醇(3)、白藜芦醇(4)、咖啡酸(5)、5-O-咖啡酰莽草酸(6)、4-O-咖啡酰莽草酸(7)、3-O-咖啡酰莽草酸(8)、反式肉桂酸(9)、蝉翼藤糖酯A(10)、华中冬青素(11)、(+)-南烛木树脂酚(12)、肉桂酸乙酯(13)、毛色二孢素(14)、糙叶败酱碱(15)、金色酰胺醇酯(16)、交链孢酚(17)、没食子酸(18)、豆甾-4-烯-3,6-二酮(19)、异细交链孢素(20)、3,4-二甲氧基咖啡酸(21)、thunberginol C(22)、3,5-二羟基香豆素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(23)、白皮杉醇(24)、原儿茶酸(25)、莽草酸甲酯(26)、甲基岩藻糖苷(27)、8-甲氧基蜂蜜曲菌素(28)。结论:其中,化合物15~17、19、20、22、23和28为首次从菝葜属植物中分离得到,化合物2、11、21和27为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of non-flavonoids in total glycosides of Smilax glabra rhizome.Methods:The compounds from total glycosides of Smilax glabra rhizome were isolated and purified by using various chromatographic techniques,including silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative liquid chromatography.Combined with the physical and chemical properties of the isolated monomer compounds,the structures were identified by MS,NMR and CD spectra.Results:Twenty-eight compounds were isolated from the total glycosides of Smilax glabra rhizome and identified as diosgenin(1),β-sitostenone(2),stigmasterol(3),resveratrol(4)caffeic acid(5),5-O-caffeoylshikimic acid(6),4-O-caffeoylshikimic acid(7),3-O-caffeoylshikimic acid(8),trans-cinnamic acid(9),securo side A(10),huazhongilexin(11),(+)-lyoniresinol(12),ethyl cinnamate(13),lasiodiplodin(14),patriscabratine(15),aurantiamide acetate(16),alternariol(17),gallic acid(18),stigmast-4-en-3,6-dione(19),isopylosporin(20),3,4-dimethoxycinnamic acid(21),thunberginol C(22),3,5-dihydroxy-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-2H-chromen-2-one(23),piceatannol(24),protocatechuic acid(25),methyl shikimate(26),methyl-L-fucoside(27),8-methoxymellein(28),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 15 to 17,19,20,22,23,28 are isolated from Smilax genus for the first time,compounds 2,11,21,27 are isolated from Smilax glabra for the first time.
