摘要
目的观察4种肿瘤细胞在家蝇蛹抗菌肽作用下细胞表面的变化,探讨抗菌肽杀伤肿瘤细胞的机制。方法用针刺对家蝇幼虫感染大肠埃希菌,诱导其产生抗菌肽,然后至蛹期提取该抗菌肽并作用于4种肿瘤细胞(人髓样白血病细胞株K562;人淋巴瘤细胞株Daudi;人食管癌细胞株Eca109;人膀胱癌细胞株T24)。36 h后用扫描电镜观察其细胞表面变化。结果4种肿瘤细胞表面出现大小不等的创伤,且大部分创伤为孔洞型。
Objective To observe the four kinds of cancer cell injured by antibacterial peptides extracted from Musca domestiea pupa with SEM, study the machine-process of antibacterial peptide killing the tumor cells. Methods The larvae were infected by bacteria with a needle, in order to be induced to produce some antibacterial peptide, then wait, when the larvae become the pupa, the peptides were extracted and worked on the four cancer cells. After 36h the cells were observed by SEM. Results Membrane of four kinds of cancer cell were drilled some holes. Conclusion The machine-process of antibacterial peptides killing cancer cell could drill the membrane.
