摘要 抗菌肽具有广谱抗细菌、真菌、病毒、寄生虫和肿瘤的活性。不同的抗菌肽具有不同的活性谱。该文综述了不同来源的抗菌肽对肿瘤细胞的抑制和杀伤作用及其机制,展望了抗菌肽抗肿瘤的应用前景。 Antimicrobial peptides exhibit broadly antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, antiparasitic and antitumor activities. Different antimicrobial peptides have different activity spectrum. This review summarized the activity of antimicrobial peptides from different sources to inhibit and even kill tumor cells, their mechanisms and prospects in antitumor application.
