摘要
目前,高职教师普遍感觉工作压力巨大,有些无所适从的感觉。其实质不过是教学、科研等方面的一些关系问题。高职院校老师要注重在日常教学中融入科研,从实践教学中找机会,或以研发中心为平台,寻找科研契机,这样,就能既完成科研任务,又能完成教学任务。
Nowadays, vocational college teachers generally feel enormous pressure and occasionally at a loss when they are at work. Such a feeling results in nature from issues conceming the relationship between teaching and research. Teachers in vocational colleges are expected to combine the research work with their teaching practice. They should make efforts to seek research opportunities from the teaching practice and the platform based on R＆D center as well. Thus, the teachers are able to accomplish both the research work and the teaching tasks.
