摘要
基于MoldFlow软件针对注射-压缩成型长方形制品的收缩率均匀度进行了正交试验和单因素试验的数值模拟。基于正交试验,对模具温度、熔体温度、注射时间、压缩距离、延迟时间、压缩力、压缩速度7个工艺参数进行优化并对其显著性进行评估;基于单因素试验,分析重要的工艺参数对制品收缩率均匀度的影响规律。
The shrinkage uniformity of injection-compression molded parts was studied by numerical simulation software Moldflow. Seven processing parameters, including mold temperature, melt temperature, injection time, press compression distance, press compression delay time, press compression force, and press compression velocity,were optimized and evaluated based on orthogonal experiment. The effects of important processing parameters on the shrinkage uniformity of injection-compression molded parts were analyzed using single factor experiment.
