摘要
要保证制品的精度,首先必须保证模具的精度。本文探讨了精密注塑模具的尺寸精度、设计及用材等问题,对精密注射成型生产工艺的制订具有指导作用。此外,还指出由于模具材料的性能直接影响模具性能及加工精度,从耐磨性、刚性和保持表面精度等要求出发大多选用超硬度的钢材。
The mould used in precision injection was probed into in the aspects of dimension precision, mould design and mould material, which provides reference to the design of precision injection production technology. Moreover, since the properties of the mould material affect the mould performance and precision directly, super-rigidity steel was selected according to the requirements of wearability, rigidity and precision.
