摘要
针对现阶段我国廉租住房建设资金短缺的问题,提出了将PPP模式引入廉租房建设中的构想,并设计了PPP模式在廉租房项目中的运作思路,探讨了其运作保障,以期解决廉租房项目资金短缺、融资渠道单一的问题。
This paper provides the idea of application of PPP pattern in cheap renting house. And based on the present problem of funds shortage on cheap renting house, it designs the operation model and discusses its operational safeguards so as to solve the problem of financing plight of cheap renting house.
