摘要
库克曲线原理告诉我们:当一个人接触一项新的工作时,其创造力会快速增长,工作的积极性和活力也就随之提升。为了激发和保持科技工作者的创造力,则需通过不断开辟新的工作领域,加强学习交流来保持科技创新能力,这样也就会使科技人才流速加快,则凸现出加强对科技人才的流动管理的重要意义。
The theory of Kuck——Curve tells us that when one accepted a new work,his or her creativity would grow rapidly,as well as the positivity and energy.We should change the working environment and content to inspire workers' creativity.This paper analyses the inevitability to keep the rational flowing of sci-tech human resources with the theory of Kuck-Curve,then it analyses how to reinforce the flowing-management of sci-tech human resources in China.
