摘要
"因"从"凭借"义产生出表时间和原因的意义。表时间义是其词义发展的桥梁,但它有时与引进条件有联系,有时又与引进原因有歧义。这种不稳定性正是观察其词义演变的一个窗口。"因"表时间既与动词结构的语义有关,又与动词的时间性有关。时间有先时、同时之分,它们分别与动词结构语义的"持续"和"有界化"结合成为制约"因"词义变化的主要因素。
The temporal and the causal meaning of yin （因） comes from the conditional meaning＂ resort. ＂ The temporal meaning is the medium of the change of ＂ yin＂ from conditional to causal. We find the un-customary semantic feature, which is expressed in the conditional sentence, is the main factor that brings the meaning ＂resort＂ to the temporal. This meaning causes a shift on the structure of ＂yin＂ from ＂yin （因） ＋ NP＂ to ＂yin （因） ＋ A/VP＂, then the semantic feature [ ＋ durative ] semanteme or bounded of VP and the time of verbs get a chance to produce ambiguous meaning.
