摘要
目的:建立饮料中新型甜味剂三氯蔗糖含量的高效液相色谱检测方法。方法:采用Capcell Pak C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱、Shodex RI-101示差折光检测器,以乙腈+水=20+80(V/V)为流动相进行分离分析。结果:建立了各类饮料产品中三氯蔗糖的提取和含量测定方法,方法的平均回收率为97.3%;相对标准偏差为1.04%。结论:该方法简便、快捷,可较好地应用于饮料中三氯蔗糖的含量监测。
Objective:To find a method for quantitative determination of sucralose,a new type of sweeteners in drink by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:The chromatographic conditions were as follows:Capcell Pak C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column,Shodex RI-101 differential refractometers,using CH3CN+H2O=20+80(V/V) as mobile phase.Results:The average recovery rate was 97.3% and the relative standard deviation 1.04%.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid and can meet the analysis requirement for determination of sucralose in drink.
