摘要
甜蜜素,全名环己基氨基磺酸钠,是一种常见的甜味剂,经常用作食品添加剂。本文通过对食品中的甜蜜素经超声提取,与亚硝酸钠反应,衍生物通过气相色谱质谱联用法进行分离检测。实验中发现,甜蜜素在酸性条件下,与亚硝酸钠反应,生成的两种产物中间存在相互转化的现象。本方法通过对两种产物进行双峰定性,采用两种产物的响应面积加和来进行定量。结果表明甜蜜素检出的假阳性概率大大降低;在0.01mg/mL^0.20mg/mL范围内标准曲线线性良好,线性相关系数(R2)达到0.9995;不同浓度的加标回收率在87.3~106.5%;相对标准偏差(RSD)小于8.9%(n=6);方法的检出限为1.5mg/kg,是一种行之有效的检测方法。
Sodium cyclamate,full name as sodium cyclohexyl sulfamate,is a common sweetener,often used as a food additive.In this paper the sodium cyclamate in food was extracted by ultrasonic,reacted with sodium nitrite,then extracted with n-hexane.The derivatives were separated and determined by Gas chromatography-mass spectromery(GC-MS).It was found that two derivatives were formed in the reaction under acidic conditions and transformation between the two derivatives was happened.Bimodal qualitative analysis was performed,and the sum of two derivatives response areas was used for quantitative analysis.The results showed that the probability of false positive was greatly reduced.The standard curve was well linear in the range of 0.01 mg/mL^0.20 mg/mL,and the linear correlation coefficient(R2)reached to 0.9995.The recoveries ranged from 87.3 to 106.5%with RSD no more than 8.9%(n=6).The limit of detection(LOD)was 1.5 mg/kg.The GC-MS is an effective detection method.
