摘要
被害人国家补偿制度在我国严重滞后,由此引发一系列社会问题。该制度在西方运行四十多年来已取得良好的社会效果,为我国提供了可资借鉴的有益经验。我国有必要在借鉴国外立法的基础上,结合具体国情,建立具有中国特色的刑事被害人国家补偿制度,推进我国的法制化建设。
National indemnity system for penal victims lags greatly behind in China, which bringing lots of social problems. This system runs very well in western countries and we can learn a lot from their experiences. To accelerate our legal process, it is necessary to set a national compensation system for penal victims with Chinese characteristics on the basis of foreign legislative experience and our own situations.
