摘要
从历史沿革,功能性因子,因子结构,化学防癌性质及初步机理,防癌效果与结构关系等方面对果蔬来源的植物化学物质(Phyto-chemicals)的防癌性质的研究现状进行了综述,并展望了这一领域的发展趋势。
The research on cancer- preventive property of phyto- chemicals derived from the fruits and vegetables was reviewed in the aspects of the historical evolution, functional factor, structures, cancer - preventive property and its possible mechanism and structure- cancer prevention dependence. The trend of this field was indicated.
