摘要
功能性食品具有调节人体生理功能的作用,近年来已成为食品科学领域研究的热点.功能性食品素材可来源于动物、植物、微生物等.本文对当前功能性食品素材来源进行综述,为功能性食品的研究开发提供借鉴.
Functional food,which can regulate the physiological function of human body,has become a research hotspot in the field of food science in recent years.Functional food materials may come from animals,plants,microorganisms and so on.In this paper,the current sources of functional food materials were reviewed to provide reference for the research and development of functional food.
