摘要
采用控制爆破技术拆除处于复杂环境中的钢筋混凝土框架结构物。根据钢筋的失稳条件和定向爆破倒塌原理来设计各排立柱的爆炸高度,采用梁柱接合部爆破解体,半秒延期雷管控制起爆顺序,严控装药量,非电复式闭合多路相连起爆网路,多层遮挡和覆盖防护等措施,拆除爆破取得了预期效果,钢筋混凝土框架结构物充分解体倒塌,柱、梁和板等相互叠压,爆堆集中,周围建筑物安然无损。
A reinforced concrete frame structure was demolished by controlled blasting in complex demolition conditions. According to instable condition and breakdown theorem of directional blasting, blasting gap height of each pillar was devised. Conjunction between beam and pillar was disintegrated, blasting pattern was controlled by half- second delay-action detonator. The charge was controlled strictly, and the non-electric complex close blasting net and multi-layer cover protection were adopted, consequently, anticipate effect was acquired. The reinforced concrete frame structure was demolished completely ,pillar and beam and board were pressed each other, blasting heap is concentrated,the demolition did no harm to surround buildings.
