摘要
运用定向控制爆破技术成功拆除了复杂环境下的钢筋砼水泥立窑。结合爆破环境和爆破要求,根据钢筋的失稳条件和定向倒塌原理确定爆破方案,详细论述了炸高、炮孔、起爆顺序、预处理、安全校核和保护措施等,并对爆破效果进行了分析。
This paper introduces the directional blasting technology applied to the demolition of a reinforced concrete kiln in complicate situation. According to the instable conditions of blasting and breakdown theorem of directional blasting,the suitalbe blasting scheme was determined together with blasting surrounding and blasting require. The stand-off,borehole,ignition order,pre-treatment, security checking and protective measures was discussed in detall. The blasting effectiveness was also analysed.
