摘要
用添加不同浓度LAPP的饲料投喂中国对虾30d,每隔5d取对虾血淋巴,测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶活力、溶菌活力、酚氧化酶活力;试验结束时测定盐度突变对中国对虾成活率的影响及其体内维生素C积累量的变化情况。结果显示,高浓度LAPP组对虾较对照组及低浓度组3种酶活力都达到了显著差异(P<0.05),但是酶活力并不是持续升高,一段时间后又有所回落;盐度突变试验结果表明,添加0.3%组显著提高了对虾的成活率;HPLC法测定对虾体内维生素C积累量的变化情况显示,在一定范围内对虾体内的维生素C积累量随着饲料中维生素C添加水平的提高而提高。在本试验条件下,建议中国对虾稚虾饲料LAPP的适宜添加量为3000mg/kg。
Chinese shrimp (Fenneropenaeus chinensis) juvenile were fed with diets containing different dose of LAPP for 30d. Activities of superoxide sismutase, lysozyme and phenol- oxidase in serum were determined every 5d. The effects of sudden salinity changes on the survival rate of the chinese shrimp and vitamin C accumulation were determined at the end of the experiment. The results showed that the activities of superoxide sismutase, lysozyme and phenoloxidase were all significantly enhanced when shrimp fed with diet of high dose of LAPP. Sudden change of salinity notably improved the survival rate of shrimp in the test group of 0.3 % LAPP. The determined results by using HPLC techniques indicated that vitamin C content in shrimp increased with the increase of LAPP dose in dietary. It is recommended that the optimal replenished dose of LAPP in diet be 3 000 mg/kg for chinese shrimp juvenile under this experiment conditions.
