摘要 高校旅游管理专业规模不断扩大,但饭店经营管理人才告急。饭店业、学校和学生需要共同反思此问题。作为从事饭店经营管理课程教学的老师应当积极介入到饭店业与旅游管理专业学生的契合问题中,在言传身教和潜移默化中教诲启迪学生树立正确的择业观和就业观。教师可启发旅游管理专业学生寻找人生价值实现的途径;以"蘑菇生长"原理启发学生克服急功近利的浮躁心态;以"二八法则"鼓励学生锁定目标追求卓越人生,从而成为一个出色的饭店职业经理人。 The number of students who major in tourism management is increasing fast, however, qualified people for hotel management are in a situation of serious lacking. All the related such as hotels ,universities and undergraduates should take a serious consideration on this issue. Teachers should concern it also. As instructors, they should help students to have correct ideas of how to start their careers. The principles of mushroom growth may open and enlighten students to smooth away their impatience, and the rule of "twenty and eighty" may inspire students to choose hotel as their main work field , and try to be an excellent hotel managers as their life goal.
