摘要
目的探讨噪声对作业工人心理及血浆垂体血管加压素(AVP)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、催产素(OT)水平的影响。方法选择噪声和非噪声作业工人共167人,测定明尼苏达多项人格量表(MMPI)、AVP、ACTH、OT等。结果(1)高噪组抑郁量表(D)、认同量表(F)、疑病量表(Hs)、癔症量表(Hy)、偏执量表(Pa)、精神衰弱量表(Pt)、精神分裂症量表(sc)、躁狂量表(Ma)、社会内向型量表(si)分值显著增高,校正量表分(K)显著降低(P〈0.05)。听力损伤组D、F、Hs、Hy、Pa、Pt、Sc、Ma、Si分值显著增高于空白对照组、听力正常组、高频听力损失组。(2)中噪组血浆激素水平最高,高噪组AVP[(59.28±15.86)ng/L]、ACTH[(28.41±12.96)ng/L]、OT[(29.84±3.63)ng/L]显著低于中噪组[分别为(97.31±22.50)ng/L,(50.30±22.15)ng/L,(55.86±63.84)ng/L];听力损伤组血浆各激素水平明显升高(P〈0.05)。(3)与累积噪声暴露量显著相关的量表有K、Hs、D、si。与听力损失显著相关的有说谎(L)、F、K、Hs、D、Hy、女性化量表(Mf)、Pa、Pt、sc、si量表。F、Pt、Hy、Mf四个量表分与累计噪声暴露量符合二次、三次曲线关系,但贡献率较低(5%~11%);而其余各量表分与噪声强度、年龄、接噪工龄、总工龄、听力损伤程度、内分泌等躯体因素等有直线关系(P〈0.05),其贡献率在21%~32%之间。结论噪声对心理及血浆垂体激素水平有影响。
Objective To explore the aspect that the noise influence the psychology and arginine vaso- pressin ( AVP), adrenocorticotrophic hormone ( ACTH ) , vasotocin (OT) of workers. Methods The 167 workers in noise and non-noise circumstance were measured by Minnesota Muhiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI), AVP, ACTH, OT. Results (1) The Depression(D) , Infrequency(F) , Hypochondriasis (Hs) , Hysteria(Hy) , Para-noia ( Pa), Psychosthenia (Pt) , Schizophrenia ( Sc ), Hypomania ( Ma), Social Intromania ( Si ) scale of the high-lev- el noise group are notably higher( P 〈 0.05 ), otherwise Correction scale is notably lower. The scale of D, F, Hs, Hy, Pa, Pt, Sc, Ma, Si on hearing-destrey group are notably higher than non-noise, hearing normal, high frequency hearing-loss group. (2) The hormone of middle-level noise group are notably higher. AVP(59.28±15.86 )ng/L, ACTH( 28.41±12.96 )ng/L, OT( 29.84±3.63 )ng/L of the high-level noise group is notably lower than middle- level noise [ each of them are (97.31±22.50 ) ng/L, (50.30±22.15 ) ng/L, (55.86±63.84 ) ng/L ]. The hor- mone of hearing-distroy group are notably higher( P 〈 0.05 ). (3) The score of F, Pt, Hy, Mf scale has curve connection with cumulative noise exposure (CNE), the contribution rate is 5% - 11% ( P 〈 0.05 ). Other scale have the beeline connection with CNE, age, sex, culture, hearing loss,hormone (the contribution rate is 21% 32%, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion As the important stressor, the noise can influence the psychology and AVP, ACTH, OT of pituitary.
