摘要
目的探讨用联合免疫噪声应激法建立大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型的可行性及价值。方法将80只Wister大鼠随机分为A、B、C、D四组,每组20只。A组为正常对照组;B组为免疫造模组;C组为噪声应激组;D组为免疫+噪声应激联合组。比较造模后20d各组血清皮质醇、结肠组织中MPO、NO水平和结肠组织损伤评分。结果联合免疫噪声应激法较免疫组、噪声应激组的结肠组织损伤评分、血清皮质醇、结肠组织MPO、NO含量均明显增高。结论联合免疫噪声应激法建立的溃疡性结肠炎模型持续时间长,优于单一因素,是一种有价值的可行造模方法。
Objective To found and appreciate ulcerative colonitis model by combining immunization with stress. Methods A total of 80 Wister rats were divided into four groups (20 rats per group), i.e. Group A (normal control group), Group B (immunization model group), Group C (noise stress model group) and Group D (immunization plus noise stress model group). Results Tissue lesion score, serum cortisol, tissue myeloperoxidase (MPO) and NO were obviously higher in Group D than in Group B or C.Conclusion The ulcerative colonitis model founded by combining immunization with stress is feasible and better than any of other models.
