摘要
概述蛹虫草的生物学特性,综述其在人工栽培技术、液体深层发酵、化学成分和药用价值等方面所取得的研究进展及开发现状。探讨了蛹虫草是否可以作为冬虫夏草的替代品仍需做大量的研究工作。
The biology characteristic of Cordyceps militaris was outlined. The research advancement were reviewed in artificial cultivation technique, submerged fermentation, chemical composition, medicinal value and development status. Much research work will be done were discussed whether Cordyceps militari can be the substitute.
