摘要
本文分析了在高教改革不断深化与发展的新形势下高校图书馆采访工作所面临的挑战,并针对存在的问题提出了结合高校图书馆实际制定采访计划、重视读者需求的研究、提高采访人员素质等六种对策。
This paper analyzes that the acquisitioning of the academic library faces a challenge under the new situation of the deepening and development of the abbr. reform. Six countermeasures as to draw up the acquisitioning plan combining with the practice of academic librayry , to attach due importance to the research into reader＇ s need and to promote the quality of acquisitioning workers etc. are put forward in this paper.
