摘要
通过对网络环境下文献信息资源的特点及文献信息资源的发展对高校文献采访工作影响的分析,提出了关于建立网络环境下高校图书馆文献采访工作运行机制的几点建议。
This paper has analyzed the characteristics and development of document and information resources under network environment and their effects on the document acquisition of university libraries, and put forward suggestions on the operating mechanism of university libraries.
