摘要
高校图书馆学科馆员制度是沟通图书馆与广大读者之间的桥梁,是高校图书馆信息服务方式的深化与发展,学科馆员制度能够更好得为高校教学科研活动提供信息保障服务。叙述了高校图书馆学科馆员概念及其发展沿革,分析了学科馆员制度产生的背景及其意义,提出了高校图书馆建设学科馆员制度的具体举措。
The subject librarian system in university library is the communication bridge between the library and readers, is the deepening and development of information service mode of university library, subject librarian system to provide in- formation security service better for teaching and research activities in the University, this paper describes the Uni- versity Library Subject Librarian concept of evolution and development, analyses the background and significance of producing subject librarian system, put forward specific measures in the construction of Subject Librarian System in University library.
