摘要
目的建立宫炎平浓缩丸中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定该药中没食子酸的含量,色谱条件:汉邦Lichrospher C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-含0.1%磷酸、0.1%三乙胺的水溶液(2∶98)为流动相,检测波长:273nm,柱温:25℃,流速:1.0 ml.min-1。结果没食子酸在2.5～40 mg.L-1范围内峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为98.27%,RSD为0.95%。结论该测定方法简便易行,准确可靠,专属性强,可用于宫炎平浓缩丸的质量控制。
Aim To establish a method for the determination of gallic acid in gongyanping concentrated pills. Methods HPLC was applied for quantitative analysis of gallic acid. The chromatographic conditions were as follows ：lichrospher C 18 （250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） as analytic column, axetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid,0. 1% triethylaminum solution （2： 98） as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 273 nm, column temperature was 25℃, and the flow rate was at 1.0 ml · min^-1. Results The calibration curve of gallic acid was linear in the range of 2.5 - 40 mg · L^- 1 （ r = 0.999 9 ）. The average recovery was 98.27% , and RSD was 0.95%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, highly sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of gongyanping concentrated pills.
