摘要
目的建立地稔中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定没食子酸的含量,色谱柱:HypersilODS柱(250mm×4mm,5μm);流动相:0.2%甲醇的乙腈溶液-0.1%三乙胺、0.1%磷酸的水溶液(1:99);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:220nm。结果没食子酸在0.022~0.352μg范围内呈良好线性关系,γ=0.9999;平均回收率为98.13%,RSD=0.90%。结论该方法准确、可靠,可用于地稔的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Gallic acid in Herba Melastomae by HPLC.Methods A HPLC was performed on Hypersil ODS column(250 mm×4mm,5μm).The mobile phase was acetonitril(0.2%CH3OH)-water(0.1% triethylamine?0.1%phosphoric acid)(1:99).The detection wavelength was 220nm and flow rate was 1.0mL/min.Results Gallic acid showed a good linearity in the range of 0.022~0.352μg,γ=0.9999.The average recovery was 98.13%,and RSD was 0.90%?Conclusions This method is effective and can be used for the quality control of Gallic acid in Herba Melastomae.
