摘要
目的:建立元胡痛经滴丸中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Hypersil ODS 2为固定相,甲醇-水-三乙胺(70:30:0.5)为流动相,检测波长280 nm,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温室温.结果:在0.225 4～1.1270μg范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.18%(n=5),RSD=2.24%.结论:该方法简便,准确,灵敏,可作为本品的质量控制方法.
Objective：To establish a method for determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhu Tongjing Droppills. Methods：HPLC method was selected to determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine. The chromatographic conditions included Hypersil ODS 2 column, methanol-water-triethylamine （70 ： 30 ： 0.5） as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength at 280 nm, flow rate 1.0 ml/min and column temperature at room temperature. Results：The linear range was 0. 225 4-1. 127 0μg and the average recovery was 99.18% （n=5）, RSD=2.24%. Conclusion：This method is simple, accurate and sensitive, which may be used for quality control of Yuanhu Tongilng Droppills.
