摘要
本文提出了一种模拟钢的回火过程中应力演化的数学模型。其中着重进行了蠕变方面的试验研究。在淬火过程数值模拟基础上,用据此模型开发的有限元软件对26Cr2Ni4MoV钢圆筒形试件的回火过程进行了计算。结果表明,由本模型预测的回火效果与实测吻合较好。此外还计算分析了回火规范对残余应力的影响,进一步验证了模型的有效性。
