摘要 金属热处理计算机辅助工艺设计系统是数据库类专业应用软件,而数据库设计是系统设计与开发的核心。与热处理工艺设计流程有机结合,以用户需求分析为前提,系统数据库设计涉猎范围比较广泛,即概念设计、逻辑设计、数据库实施等。而数据库实施是基于Microsoft SQL Server平台,以此满足系统多元需求。基于. NET开发平台客户机与服务器,以构成金属热处理计算机辅助工艺设计系统,其编程语言选用C语言,数据库管理则选用SQL结构化查询语言,从而提高系统运行效率与水平。基于用户需求、系统设计与数据库构建等方面,对系统开发方式进行深入分析。结果表明系统热处理效果突出,实用性与可靠性良好,而且其既能够为热处理工艺提供一定的信息查询功能,又设置了完全认证和权限分级功能,从而确保系统运行的安全性与可靠性。 The computer aided process planning system of metal heat treatment is a professional application software of database,and database design is the core of system design and development. With the combination of heat treatment process design process and the premise of user demand analysis,the system database design covers a wide range,including conceptual design,logical design,database implementation,etc.The database implementation is based on the Microsoft SQL server platform to meet the multiple needs of the system. Based on the. Net development platform,client and server are used to form the computer-aided process planning system of metal heat treatment. The programming language is C,and the database management is SQL structured query language,so as to improve the operation efficiency and level of the system.Based on the user requirements,system design and database construction,the system development mode is analyzed in depth. The results show that the system has outstanding heat treatment effect,good practicability and reliability,and it can not only provide certain information query function for heat treatment process,but also set up full authentication and authority classification function,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the system operation.
