摘要
目的对毛茛科芍药属植物川赤芍(Paeonia veitchii Lynch.)的化学成分进行研究。方法采用柱色谱分离,通过理化和波谱分析方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从川赤芍石油醚和甲醇部分分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:没食子酰芍药苷(galloylpaeoniflorin,Ⅰ),氧化芍药苷(oxypaeoniflorin,Ⅱ),熊果苷(arbutin,Ⅲ),d-儿茶素(d—catechin,Ⅳ),苯甲酸(benzoicacid,Ⅴ),蔗糖(saccharose,Ⅵ),β-谷甾醇亚油酸酯(β-sitosterol linoleate,Ⅶ),胡萝卜苷亚油酸酯(daucosterol linoleate,Ⅷ),亚油酸(linoleic acid,Ⅸ),棕榈酸(palmitic acid,Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅶ~Ⅹ为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in the root of Paeonia veitchii L.. METHODS Compounds were isolated and purified by silica column chromatography. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses. RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as galloylpaeoniflorin( Ⅰ ) , oxypaeoniflorin( Ⅱ ) , arbutin( Ⅲ ), d-catechin( Ⅳ ), benzoic acid( Ⅴ ) , saccharose( Ⅵ ), β-sitosterol linoleate( Ⅶ ) , daucosterol linoleate( Ⅷ ) , linoleic acid( Ⅸ ) and palmitic acid( Ⅹ ). CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅶ - Ⅹ are isolated from P. veitchii for the first time.
