Study on Chemical Constituents Isolated from Juncus effuses

摘要 目的:对灯心草进行化学成分研究。方法:运用柱层析和波谱技术分离鉴定其化学成分。结果:共分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为木犀草素、圣草酚、2,’5,’5,7-四羟基黄酮、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、香草酸、棕榈酸、正十四烷。结论:除木犀草素和木犀草苷外,其余六个化合物均系首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective:To study the constituents isolated from Juncus effuses Linn..Methods: The compounds were isolated through chromatographic approaches,such as Silica gel.CC,Sephadex LH-20 and were identified by a combination of spectroscopic methods(UV,MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and NOE).Results:8 kinds of compounds were identified which included four flavonoids,luteolin(Ⅰ),eriodictyol(Ⅱ),2',5',5,7-tetrahydroxyflavone(Ⅲ),glucoluteolin(Ⅳ);two aromatic compounds,methy1 p-hydroxybenzoate(Ⅴ),vanillic acid(Ⅵ);a fatty acid,hexade...
