摘要
目的对不同等级及不同部位的丹参原药材中丹参酮Ⅱ_A含量进行考察。方法制备不同等级及不同部位的丹参原药材样品,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定含量。结果直径越细的丹参中丹参酮Ⅱ_A含量越高,丹参原药材皮部中的丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量远远高于木部,丹参须中丹参酮Ⅱ_A含量也很高。结论传统丹参原药材的等级标准和丹参酮Ⅱ_A含量没有相关性,加工原药材时应注意对皮部成分的保护,有必要重新考虑丹参须的药用价值。
Objective To do research on the assay of tanshinone ⅡA in different grades and different parts of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae. Methods The samples of different grades and different parts of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae were prepared and the assay was performed by HPLC. Result The smaller the diameter was the higher the content of tanshinone ⅡAwas in Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae. The content of tanshinone ⅡA was much higher in the cortex than in the lignum and was very high in the fiber root. Conclusion Ttraditional grading of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae dose not relate to the content of tanshinone ⅡA. Attention should be paid to the protection of cortex in the process, It is necessary to take into account the medicinal value of the fiber root again.
