摘要
目的:建立临床药用黄芪饮片相对质量常数并进行等级划分。方法:测量46批黄芪饮片的外观形态指标(饮片质量和厚度)及饮片中水溶性浸出物、水饱和正丁醇浸出物、黄芪甲苷和毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的含量以及水煎液电导率,计算相对质量常数,进行等级划分,运用统计学方法进行评价。结果:46批黄芪饮片的相对质量常数为4.38~58.22,一等黄芪饮片相对质量常数≥34.932,二等黄芪饮片相对质量常数≥17.466且<34.932,三等黄芪饮片相对质量常数<17.466;46批样品中,10批为一等品,16批为二等品,20批为三等品。聚类分析将饮片划分为3类,与相对质量常数划分等级基本一致;相关性分析表明黄芪饮片相对质量常数划分等级与水煎液电导率、水溶性浸出物含量呈极显著正相关。结论:该方法能客观、合理地划分黄芪饮片等级,可为临床药用黄芪饮片等级划分提供理论依据。
Objective:To establish the relative quality constants and grade of Astragali Radix decoction pieces for clinical use.Methods:The appearance and morphological indexes(weight and thickness)of 46 batches of Astragali Radix decoction pieces were measured.The contents of water extract,water-saturated n-butanol extract,astragalosideⅣand calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside and electrical conductivity of water extract of Astragali Radix decoction pieces were determined,the relative quality constant of Astragali Radix decoction pieces was calculated,the grade was divided,and the statistical method was used for evaluation.Results:The relative quality constants of 46 batches of Astragali Radix decoction pieces were between 4.38 and 58.22,the relative mass constant of the first class Astragali Radix was equal or greater than 34.932,the relative mass constant of the second class was equal or greater than 17.466 and less than 34.932,the relative mass constant of the third class Astragali Radix was less than 17.466.Of the 46 btehes of samples,10 batches were grade one,16 batches were grade two,20 batches were grade three.Cluster analysis divided the decoction pieces into three categories,which were basically consistent with the classification grade of relative quality constant.Correlation analysis showed that the grade of relative quality constant of Astragali Radix decoction pieces was positively correlated with the electrical conductivity of water extract and water extract content.Conclusion:This method can objectively and reasonably classify the Astragali Radix decoction pieces,which can provide a theoretical basis for clinical classification of Astragali Radix decoction pieces.
