摘要
具有电流闭环的步进电机细分数字驱动控制是精细加工生产中采用的优先解决方案。通过对三相步进电机旋转磁场的空间电流矢量合成以及SPWM控制器电路原理的阐述,针对传统步进电机控制器细分控制存在的问题和原因,提出了基于空间电流矢量的SPWM细分数字驱动器的设计思想。经过实验测试,在新型细分数字驱动器的控制下,在电机相线圈两端得到了较好的正弦电流波形,进一步提高了空间旋转磁场的均匀度,使步进电机的控制精度有了较大的提高。
Stepping motor by way of numeral driver plays a very important role in industry. It is excellent solution by means of numeral driver is subdvided control with current loop in precision productions. The paper expounded the space rotate magnetic field's vector addition of the 3-phase stepping motor and the theory of SPWM controller circuit. It was very difficult to improve subdivided control of traditional stepping motor, the paper analyzed the existent problems, aimed to improver the precision of subdivided control, the paper introduced a solution in subdivied driving of stepping motor by advanced 3- phase stepping motor with SPWM numeral driver in subdivided control based on the space current vector, the proposed method was examined that under the new-type numeral driver with subdivided control, we gained that each phase winding of stepping motor had current waveform of sine-wave, improved uniform degree of space rotate magnetic field, and advanced the controlling precision of stepping motor.
