摘要
从原理上对三相步进电动机旋转磁场的空间矢量合成及SPWM控制器电路的分析,在软件和硬件方面提出了基于空间电流矢量的SPWM细分数字控制器的设计、实现的方法。经过试验测试,在这种驱动器的控制下,在电机线圈两端得到的电流波形更加理想,进一步提高了空间旋转磁场的均匀度,步进控制精度得到了提高。
The space current vector resultant in the 3 - phase stepping motor and the theory of SPWM controller circuit were analyzed in this paper. A designed method of hardware and software in subdividing SPWM driver based on the space current vector resultant were given. Under the subdivided control of driver,the accuracy sine - wave was gained at the each side of motor coil. The degree of homogeneity in space rotate magnetic field was improved and the controlled resolution of stepping motor was increased highly.
