摘要
独立学院是我国高等教育体系改革的新生事物,其教学管理工作也被赋予了新的内容。学生参与教学管理是有效推进独立学院教学管理工作的必然条件,也是加强和改进独立学院教学管理工作的一个重要环节。笔者通过对独立学院的教学管理水平和教学管理现状进行调查、分析,结合我院实际情况对学生参与教学管理工作进行探索,为促进独立学院的健康、稳定的发展提供依据。
