摘要
随着独立学院办学规模的不断扩大,原有的教务管理模式必须进行相应的改进和创新。在独立学院的教务管理工作中,只有不断地创新才能适应当前形势的需要。由于教务管理的理念和策略及方式直接影响教学工作的水平和质量,因此独立学院的教务管理就成了一个值得研究的课题。文章对独立学院的教务管理工作的特点进行了分析,对如何实现独立学院教务管理工作的快速高效进行了探讨,对在独立学院教务管理工作的创新提出了建设性的意见。
With the unceasing expansion of the independent college scale,the original educational administration management mode must have corresponding improvement and innovation.In the educational administration management work of independent college,only constant innovation can adapt to the current situation of the need.As the educational management idea and the strategy and way directly influence the teaching level and quality of the work,so academic management of independent college is a topic worthy of study.The article analyzes the characteristic of academic management in the independent college,to discuss how to realize the quick and efficient educational administration management work in independent college,offers constructive opinion in the independent college educational management innovation.
