摘要
目的观察针刺手三阳经穴治疗中风后手指拘挛的疗效。方法将60例中风后手指拘挛患者分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用手三阳经穴针刺治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,比较两组疗效及治疗后手肌力评分。结果与结论治疗组痊愈率、显效率、总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后手肌力评分较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05),两组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明治疗组的临床手功能改善优于对照组。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture of points of three hand yang meridians for treating postapoplectic finger contracture. Methods Sixty patients with Tourette＇s syndrome were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. The treatment group received acupuncture of points of three hand yang meridians and the control group, conventional acupuncture. The curative effects and posttreatment hand myodynamia scores were compared between the two groups. Results and Conclusion All the cure rate, marked efficacy rate and total efficacy rate were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Hand myodynamia score was significantly lower after treatment than before in both groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment. It is indicated that clinical hand function was improved more in the treatment group than in the control group.
