摘要
中风后手功能障碍是中风患者常见的后遗症之一,其手功能恢复难度大、时间长,是医学界关注的热点和难点。目前西医尚无独特、系统的诊疗方案,针灸作为中医特色疗法之一,在治疗手功能障碍方面积累了大量经验,具有独特的优势。作者将综合近年来针灸治疗中风后手功能障碍的相关文献进行概述,主要从普通刺法、特色刺法、针刺结合他法、其他方法归类整理,并分析各医家对该病论治的作用机理以及临床疗效评价等研究中存在的一些问题,以期为中风后手功能障碍提供最佳的治疗思路。研究发现目前针灸治疗中风后手功能障碍广泛应用于临床,虽具有独特的优势,但仍存在缺乏高质量、多中心随机对照研究,缺乏中医辨证论治,缺乏横向对比、纳入标准以及疗效评价标准未统一的等等不足之处,今后需进一步深入探索。
Hand dysfunction after stroke is one of the common sequelae of stroke,and its hand function recovery is difficult and long,which is the focus and difficulty of medical circles.At present,there is no unique and systematic diagnosis and treatment plan in western medicine.Acupuncture and moxibustion,as one of the characteristic therapies of traditional Chinese medicine,have accumulated a lot of experience in the treatment of hand dysfunction and have unique advantages.The author summarizes the literatures of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of hand dysfunction after stroke in recent years,mainly from common pricking method,characteristic pricking method,acupuncture combined with other methods,and analyzes some problems in the study of the mechanism of the treatment of the disease and the evaluation of clinical curative effect.In order to provide the best treatment for hand dysfunction after stroke.The study found that acupuncture is widely used in the treatment of hand dysfunction after stroke at present,although it has unique advantages,there are still lack of high-quality multi-center randomized controlled research,lack of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,lack of horizontal contrast,inclusion criteria and ununiform evaluation criteria for curative effect.
