摘要
严重脑瘫儿童的功能障碍可长期存在甚至伴随终生,给患儿及其家庭和社会带来极大影响。作业疗法可以改善脑瘫儿童运动功能及认知能力,提高患儿的日常生活能力,为其适应生活学习,实现生活自理、自立提供条件。本文综述近年在脑瘫训练中常用的几种作业治疗形式,包括小组式、游戏式、音乐式及配合家庭训练式等,以期为临床工作者提供参考与借鉴。
Functional disorders of children with severe cerebral palsy can persist for a long time or even accompany for a lifetime, which has a great impact on children, their families and society. Occupational therapy can improve the motor functions and cognitive ability of children with cerebral palsy, improve their activities of daily living, and provide conditions for them to adapt to life and learning, and realize self-care and self-reliance.This article will review several forms of occupational therapy commonly used in cerebral palsy training in recent years, including group-style,game-style, music-style and family training, in order to provide references for clinicians.
