摘要
利用微波在线消解水样,将流动注射分析技术与分光光度法相结合,建立了一种在线测定水中总氮的快速分析方法。在优化试验条件下,该方法对TN的检出限为0.04 mg/L,对总氮含量为0.491 mg/L的标准样品测定11次的相对标准偏差为1.2%。采用该方法测定河水、生活污水、工业废水水样中的TN含量,其相对标准偏差≤1%,加标回收率为97%-101%,结果令人满意。
A rapid method for determination of total nitrogen in water by on-line microwave digestion and flow injection-spectrophotometry was established. Effects of concentration of reagents and other conditions were optimized. A detection limit of 0.04 mg/L total nitrogen is achieved. The relative standard deviation is 1. 2% for the determination of a reference water sample of 0.491 mg/L total nitrogen ( n = 11 ). The proposed method is successfully applied to the analyses of several samples of river water, domestic wastewater and industrial wastewater, with relative standard deviations of less than 1.0% and recoveries of 97% to 101% by the standard addition method.
