摘要
本文介绍了运用砂含水率在线测定和自动补偿技术。其技术较准确及时地调整混凝土配料时的用砂量和用水量,保证了按给定配合比进行配料的准确性,从而提高混凝土的质量,节约水泥。
The use of measurement on line and automatic compensation technique for moisture content ofsand is introduced in this paper. By the techniques, the quantites of sand and water in mixing con-crete can be regulated in time, and then the accuracy of batching is proved according to the givenmixing ratio. Therefore, the quality of concrete is improved and the quantity of cement is reduced.
