摘要
采用流动注射在线蒸馏法同时测定了水中挥发酚类与氰化物。挥发酚类与氰化物的校准曲线相关系数分别为0.999 6和0.999 2,满足检测工作要求。二者对比,流动注射法测定挥发酚类的准确度和重现性优于氰化物。挥发酚类高、中、低三个浓度的回收率依次为101.7%、100.7%、83.3%;精密度(RSD)依次为2.0%、1.7%、31.0%;氰化物高、中、低三个浓度的回收率依次为96.7%、99.2%、83.3%;精密度依次为2.2%、2.1%、31.0%。本方法测定挥发酚类的检出限为0.002 mg/L;测定氰化物的检出限为0.002 mg/L。
Volatile phenols and cyanide in water were determined by flow injection on-line distillation. The correlation coefficients of volatile phenols and cyanide were 0.999 6 and 0. 999 2 respectively, which met the requirement of testing work. Through comparing flow injection method between volatile phenols and cyanide, for the accuracy and repeatability, the former was better than the latter. The recoveries of volatile phenols with high, mid and low concentrations were 101.7% , 100.7% and 83.3% respectively, accordingly the RSD were 2.0% , 1.7% and 31.0% respectively. The recoveries of cyanide with high, mid and low concentrations were 96.7%, 99.2% and 83.3%, accordingly the RSD were 2.2%, 2.1% and 31.0% respectively. The detection limits of volatile phenols and cyanide by this method were 0.002 mg/L and 0.002 mg/L respectively.
