摘要
首先说明归化与异化的翻译理论概念,通过分析中医典籍文献的文化特点,提出在对待中医典籍翻译的文化因素中,要避免翻译时过度归化的现象,尽可能地采用异化的方式保留中医中的文化特色。
Based on the explanation of the two critical translation conceptions of adaptation and alienation, and the analysis of the cultural elements in classical Chinese traditional medical works, this article puts forth the idea that, in handling cuhural elements in the English translation exercise, alienation should be adapted as a priority to keep the characteristics of Chinese traditional medical works.
