摘要
为保证评价过程的客观性和科学性,将模糊层次分析法(FAHP法)应用于清洁生产的定量评价过程中,并提出进行清洁生产定量评价的工作程序,建立了选煤厂清洁生产评价模型。根据所建立的评价模型,进行了实例评价。评价结果表明:该方法可评价清洁生产前后企业各个环节的现状,识别清洁生产机会,找出薄弱环节。
To ensure objectivity and scientific nature of assessment process, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is applied in quantitative assessment of cleaner production. The paper presents a work program of quantitative assessment of cleaner production. The paper describes principles and contents and assessment model of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The assessment model of cleaner production of coal preparation plant is established and used in course of assessment of practical coal preparation plant. Assessment results have shown that the method used is able to estimate actuality of every operations of coal preparation plant before and after cleaner production, identify chances of cleaner production and find some weak operations.
