摘要
根据2010年3月、5月、8月、11月4个航次的调查数据,利用模糊层次分析方法,从食用安全的角度出发,对荣成3个筏式栉孔扇贝养殖区的环境风险进行了评价。通过耦合生物体、水体中影响食用安全环境风险的19个因子,建立指标体系进行评价,评价结果表明,除8月份崖头,其他月份、养殖区风险水平均处于三级或三级以下,荣成筏式养殖栉孔扇贝食用安全环境风险处于可接受水平,引起风险水平较高的因子是微生物。对于不同因子的风险水平,生物体中微生物(41.31±23.78)>重金属(9.41±3.03)>持久性有机污染物(3.15±4.80)>贝毒(0);水体中微生物(32.71±26.16)>重金属(9.31±6.08)。荣成筏式栉孔扇贝食用安全环境风险水平呈现明显的季节变化,夏季(64.11±9.88)>秋季(50.94±10.87)>春季(39.86±8.53)>冬季(31.05±22.18)。对不同区域而言,3个调查区域的食用安全环境风险水平差别不大。
The environmental risk assessment of Chlamys farreri in Rongcheng raft culture area was conducted in terms of food safety with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, based on the investigation data in March, May, August, and No- vember of 2010. The assessment indicator system containing 19 pollution indexes in seawater and shellfish was established. The assessment results showed that the environmental risk level in three raft culture areas - Xunshan I , Xun- shan II and Aitou in 2010 was at or below the risk assessment standard of level llI except in Aitou culture area in August. The assessment results indicated that the environmental risk level in the investigation regions was acceptable with the main influencing factor being microorganism. As to the result of risk level of different factors in shellfish, it could be expressed in this way: microorganism (41.31± 23.78) 〉 heavy metal (9.41 ± 3.03) 〉 persistent organic pollutants (3.15 ± 4.80) 〉 shellfish poisoning (0) ; while the result of risk level of different factors in seawater was: microorganism (32.71 ±26.16) 〉 heavy metal (9.31 ±6.08) . The environmental risk assessment presented obvious seasonal variation, with Summer ( 64. 11 ± 9.88 ) 〉 Autumn ( 50.94 ± 10.87 ) 〉 Spring ( 39.86 ± 8.53 ) 〉 Winter (31.05 ±22.18). However, there was no obvious seasonal difference in the three investigation areas.
