摘要
为清洁生产定量考核和指标化管理提供一个科学的评价方法.阐述了清洁生产常用的评价方法,重点 评价了模糊数学法的原理、内容与评价模式等.可评估清洁生产前后企业各个环节的现状,识别清洁生产机会, 找出薄弱环节;可全面、精确地评价清洁生产中影响质量的所有因素,能将比较复杂、不够确定的多因素问题转 化为有数据依据的简单易行的评价模式,将此评价模式应用于食品工业清洁生产中,取得了良好的效果.
We stated the normal assessment of cleaner production, especially the definition, the principle, the content and the pattern of the fuzzy math. A scientific method for qualitative evalution and management of clearner production was provided in this paper. It shows that fuzzy math assessment can assess every key links' situation in the factory, discern the chances of cleaner production and find out the weakest link of cleaner production. It also can comprehensive and exactly assess the entire factor which effect the quality in cleaner production and can transform the undetermined and complicated factors to the simple and quantity assessment pattern. Moreover, we give an using example of a food processing industry and takes great achievements.
