摘要
装载机工作装置的优化是一个非常复杂的问题,在保证各性能指标的情况下,工作装置的自动放平性能成为优化设计的目标。基于机械系统动力学软件ADAMS环境,对装载机工作装置中各主要杆件进行参数化,创建了装载机工作装置的虚拟样机优化模型。采用目前最先进的OPTDES非线性二次规划计算方法,以装载机工作装置连杆机构的平移性和自动放平性能为目标进行了优化设计。提出的轮式装载机工作装置的连杆机构参数优化设计的新方案简单、直观且精度高。通过优化分析使铲斗的平移性得到了进一步的提高,自动放平性能得到了更加明显的改善。
The optimization of working device of loader is very complicated. The function of automatic reset for bucket became the goal of optimum when other function indexes was satisfied. The virtual prototype of the working device of loader was built under the circumstance of the software ADAMS, and the main parts were parametcrized. The optimization of the translational function and the function of automatic reset for working device was finished with the relatively recent nonlinear method called Sequential Quadratic Programming algorithm from the OptDes code of Design Synthesis. A new optimization scheme of the working device was put forward, it' s easy, intuitionistic and precise. And the result of optimum design improves the translational function of the bucket. The function of automatic reset for bucket is obviously improved.
